# Signing in and resetting your password

> Sign in with Google or your email and password, and reset a forgotten password.

## Sign in

1. Go to **app.sterlinglabs.co/sign-in**, or select **Log in** at the bottom of the left-hand navigation.
2. Select **Continue with Google**, or enter your email address or username and select **Continue**.
3. If you entered your email address or username, enter your password.

## Reset a forgotten password

1. On the password step, select **Forgot password?**.
2. Enter the code Sterling emails you.
3. Choose a new password.

## Frequently asked questions

### I didn't get the code.

Check your spam folder, then select **Resend**. Codes go to the email address on your account.

### Can I sign in with my username instead of my email?

Yes. Enter your username in place of your email address.

### Is there two-factor authentication?

No. Sterling doesn't offer an authenticator app or SMS step.
