Open the account window

Select your avatar at the bottom of the left-hand navigation and choose Account. The Account window opens over the page you’re on, with its sections down the left.

Update your name, email or photo

Open Profile. Edit your name, add or change your photo, or manage the email addresses on the account. Each change saves when you confirm it.

Change your password or connected sign-ins

Open Security. Set or change your password, and connect or remove the Google account you use to sign in.

Review your agreements

Open Agreements. Each document you’ve accepted is listed with its acceptance date, and each can be downloaded. Select Full screen to read them in the window. When documents are due, or a new version of one is issued, the section shows Review & sign agreements. Select it to sign.

How do I sign out?

Select your avatar at the bottom of the left-hand navigation, then Log out.

Can I change the email I sign in with?

Yes. Under Profile, add the new address, verify it with the code Sterling emails, then make it primary.

Where do I change my portfolio preferences?

Select your avatar at the bottom of the left-hand navigation, choose Account, then Portfolio Preferences. Changes take effect immediately.
