Signing in and resetting your password - Sterling Labs Help Center

Go to app.sterlinglabs.co/sign-in, or select Log in at the bottom of the left-hand navigation.
Select Continue with Google, or enter your email address or username and select Continue.
If you entered your email address or username, enter your password.

Reset a forgotten password

On the password step, select Forgot password?.
Enter the code Sterling emails you.
Choose a new password.

I didn’t get the code.

Check your spam folder, then select Resend. Codes go to the email address on your account. Yes. Enter your username in place of your email address.

Is there two-factor authentication?

No. Sterling doesn’t offer an authenticator app or SMS step.
